ISLAMABAD: Invitations to construct the “Kurri Enclave Housing Scheme” in association with a major real estate player were sent out by the Capital Development Authority (CDA).
In Kurri village, a new housing society covering more than 10,000 Kanals is planned. The local authority owns the property for the housing society, but a joint venture with a real estate developer will develop the billion-rupee project.
As capital continues to grow, CDA will form a coalition with other companies to enable the housing program. The authority’s highest board has already approved the start of housing projects with private sector partners.
