MAIN CHANNU: Olympian athlete Abdul Rashid passes away, He died of a heart attack in Mian Channu, his family has confirmed.
His coaches and fellow athletes have also confirmed the news of his death. Abdul Rashid won a gold medal for Pakistan in the 2004 SAFF Games.
Athlete Abdul Rashid represented Pakistan in the 2008 Beijing Olympics and is also the national champion in the 110-meter hurdles.
