US Supreme Court Rules Trump Eligible for Presidential Election

Washington: The US Supreme Court has ruled that Donald Trump is eligible to participate in the presidential election.

According to details, the American Supreme Court has decided that Donald Trump is eligible for the American presidential elections, and state supreme courts cannot determine if a presidential candidate is ineligible. Donald Trump was improperly removed from the ballot in Colorado, and the US Supreme Court rejected the decision to remove him from the primary ballot during the Capitol Hill riots on January 6, 2021.

It should be noted that last year, the Supreme Court of the state of Colorado had prevented former President Donald Trump from participating in the presidential elections. The court cited the provision of rebellion in the American Constitution for his role in the Capitol Hill attack. The Colorado Supreme Court said that ‘the majority of judges believe that Trump is not eligible for the presidency under Section Three of the 14th Amendment.’
