ISLAMABAD: During an operation in Tank on Friday, the Pakistan Army killed two terrorists, including a highly wanted militant involved in well-publicized attacks.
The Inter-Services Public Relations released a statement stating that the operation was intelligence-based and carried out on the evening of January 4–5.

Following a fierce gunfight during the operation, two terrorists—among them HVT Gul Yousaf @ Toor—were consigned to hell, according to ISPR.
In addition, the statement said, “Terrorist Gul Yousaf remained actively involved in numerous terrorist activities against security forces, including high-profile terrorist attacks in Tank and DI Khan districts as well as extortion and target killing of innocent civilians.”

The terrorist had a Rs. 2.5 million bounty on his head and was considered a wanted man by the government.
According to ISPR, security forces are dedicated to eradicating terrorism from the nation “in step” with the populace.
