‘AJ Sajwa’ Pakistani horse wins silver at Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship

The Dubai International Convention and Exhibition Center witnessed a spectacular display of excellence as Pakistani-owned horse AJ Sajwa clinched a silver medal in the fiercely competitive Dubai International Arabian Horse Championship.

The magnificent horse, owned by Muhammad Mujahid, wowed judges and onlookers alike with her outstanding performance, taking her an astounding 92.75 points in the Class 5 category.

While competing against other older mares between the ages of seven and nine, AJ Sajwa displayed unmatched grace and poise, coming just short of first place.

AJ Barakah finished the event in second place with 92.67 points, closely followed by Da Little Princess in third place with 92.58 points.

The competition, which began with a lavish opening that included more than 109 Arabian mares, fillies, and foals, saw 102 prestigious horse studs compete in 14 different categories.

The fact that the most sought-after title of the competition, Gold Champion Senior, held a prestigious medal worth $275,000 highlights the importance of this competition in the equestrian community.

The championship’s opening day featured an enchanting exhibition of equestrian grace, with horses from all over the world making a show before a distinguished group of judges who are well-known for their proficiency in assessing the best qualities of Arabian horses.

Every horse was carefully evaluated based on its unique physical characteristics, such as body symmetry, agility, and general conformation, which showcase the exceptional beauty and legacy of Arabian horse breeds.
