Child Registration Certificate or B-form are issued by the National Database Registration Authority (Nadra) for all minors in Pakistan.
A child can be registered with NADRA record using a Child Registration Certificate. Obtaining a registration certificate from the place of origin is a child’s fundamental entitlement.
Due to its ability to automate, NADRA has made obtaining Child Registration Certificates easier.
CRC can be obtained by presenting official birth certificate documentation from the union council. The National Identity Card (NIC) or National Identity Card for Overseas Pakistanis (NICOP) must be held by the parent.
As per the rules, parents need to register their children within 3 months of their birth.
