ISLAMABAD: The Pakistani auto market is driven by affordable motorcycles, as two-wheelers offer better fuel efficiency and greater ease of moving through congested urban areas, and Honda is a mile ahead of other companies in sales.
Among the plethora of options, Honda, Suzuki, and Yamaha still dominate the market, with local manufacturers also offering competitive, budget-friendly options.
According to one estimate, the Honda CD-70 Atlas represents more than half of Honda’s sales and about a third of the industry’s sales.
Despite the old frame and any degradation in the Honda CD 70 and other bikes, the company still performs well, as people in Pakistan prefer fuel economy and reliability over looks and advanced features.
