KARACHI: Pakistanis keep buying prize bonds for the chance to win cash prizes, and the opportunity to earn interest-free attracts huge investment and the next balloting is the Rs 200 prize bond.
The prize bond draw of Rs 200 was scheduled to be held on June 17 at the Rawalpindi office of National Savings but was postponed due to bank holidays. The draw for the 200 prize bonds will now take place on the next working day after the holiday.
Despite the slim chance of winning a bumper prize, people continue to invest in these bonds in hopes of winning cash prizes. National Savings Bank draws prizes regularly, usually every twelve weeks.
