PML-N Anticipates Electoral Surprises, Aims for Strong Comeback on February 8.
As the February 8 elections draw near, the Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) expresses confidence in taking the country forward under the leadership of Nawaz Sharif. PML-N President Shehbaz Sharif, addressing reporters in Lahore, outlined the party’s strategies, emphasizing its commitment to surprising everyone with its electoral performance. With Nawaz Sharif’s return after nearly four years of exile, the PML-N anticipates a significant boost, aiming to overcome the challenges faced during the 16-month coalition government.

The party has strategically fielded candidates for 208 out of 266 National Assembly seats and is optimistic about securing enough seats to form a government. Senior leader Ishaq Dar expects the PML-N to win more than two-thirds of the seats, expressing openness to collaboration with other parties for the country’s stability. Shehbaz Sharif also criticized the PTI-led government for economic challenges, vowing that Nawaz Sharif would work tirelessly for Pakistan’s recovery and growth.
