LAHORE: Former actress Noor Bukhari has criticized people for their offensive remarks on her post commemorating her husband’s and Istehkam-e-Pakistan Party (IPP) candidate Awn Chaudhry’s victory.
Husband of Noor Bukhari, Awn Chaudhry, defeated independent candidate Salman Akram Raja of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in Constituency NA-128 in Lahore, Punjab, according to unofficial and preliminary results. Salman Akram Raja did, however, contest the outcomes in front of the Lahore High Court, which granted a stay on his request.

Noor Bukhari received unsolicited remarks on her social media posts after her husband’s achievement. In response, she posted an anonymous Instagram story, pleading with the users to keep their unpleasant ideas to themselves and to not take out their frustrations on her posts.

The wife of Awn Chaudhry also stated that it was described quite well that people who experience severe neglect at home tend to criticize well-known people on social media.
According to Noor Bukhari, these individuals express their annoyance through the social media posts of famous people. The former actress refrained from identifying the specific harsh remarks left by users on her tweets.
