Nawaz Sharif extends an Invitation Independent Candidates to form Coalition Government


Lahore: PML N Leader Nawaz Sharif, declared on Friday that his party had become the “single-largest party” in the general election of 2024 and extended an invitation to all winning candidates and political parties to convene and establish a coalition government in order to resolve Pakistan’s present issues.

Even though the PML-N is lagging candidates supported by the PTI, the former prime minister sent his younger brother Shehbaz Sharif and Ishaq Dar to meet with the leaders of the PPP, MQM, and other political parties in order to find common ground. This address is being referred to as his winning speech.

He emphasized, “We have to sit together for the betterment of Pakistan,” and said that all lawmakers, the parliament, and the military forces should do their part to ensure the nation’s prosperity.
63 seats in the National Assembly have been won by his party thus far, based on preliminary and unverified results.

With 91 seats, independent candidates lead, and PPP comes in third place with 48 seats. Nawaz Sharif went on to say that Punjab had also given his party a majority. “We will serve you in Center and Punjab.”

“At this point, Pakistan cannot afford any chaos. We need to get together to discuss the issues.” However, PTI has said that it will not create a coalition government with PPP and the PML-N.
