ISLAMABAD: The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) backed lawmakers in National Assembly, got their first salary on Sunday.
According to details, Rs193,000 of Salary was transferred to the each National Assembly memeber’s accounts.
According to the assembly sources, each Parliamentarian will get around nearly Rs300,000 monthly, which includes TA/DA and other benefits in addition to the salary.

Salaries of all opposition members are deposited in a private bank account at the National Assembly.
Earlier today, PTI has announced addition of five more members to the party’s Political Committee making it to 19 members committee.
According to a party notification Firdous Shamim Naqvi and Haleem Adil Sheikh from Sindh and Azam Swati from Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will now be members of the PTI’s political committee. Salar Khan Kakar and Qasim Khan Suri from Balochistan, have also been included in the party’s committee.
