State Bank of Pakistan Launches New Website with Modern Design and Faster Navigation

KARACHI: The State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) has unveiled a revamped official website with a modern design, offering a user-friendly platform to boost the accessibility of banking information, financial data, and digital services to the public.

The new platform will make access to the central bank’s key resources for individuals, businesses and financial institutions a more efficient and intuitive experience, replacing the bank’s venerable website with a new, cleaner interface.
The SBT says the new website has been created to offer better user experience as all important information was easily accessible. The visitors will have access to monetary policy announcements, exchange rates, banking regulations, statistical reports, publications and other official resources via a more streamlined interface.
The redesign marks the most significant update to the central bank’s online presence in decades. The previous website served as SBP’s primary digital platform for many years after its domain was first registered in 1997.

Officials say the new portal has been built with improved search tools and a mobile-friendly design to meet the growing demand for digital access to financial information.

The website is expected to benefit commercial banks, investors, researchers, businesses and members of the public who regularly rely on SBP data and policy updates.

The launch is part of the central bank’s broader efforts to strengthen digital services and improve public access to official information through modern online platforms.
