HBL Announces New ATM Card Annual Fees from July 2026

KARACHI: Habib Bank Limited (HBL) has revised the Schedule of Charges for July – December 2026, including new annual charges for different types of debit cards.

The revised fees will apply to the main debit card and will also apply to the supplementary cards, unless otherwise specified, according to the bank.
Under the revised schedule, the PayPak Chip Debit Card will carry an annual fee of Rs2,000, while Visa Chip and MasterCard Standard debit cards will cost Rs3,000 per year.

Customers using MasterCard Gold will pay an annual fee of Rs3,800. The MasterCard Business Classic card has been priced at Rs8,000, while UnionPay Chip and PayPak Co-Badge cards will have an annual charge of Rs2,700. The fee for the UnionPay Chip Gold card has been set at Rs3,500.

For international cardholders, the annual fee for the Visa Chip USD card will remain US$15. With that, MasterCard Titanium will charge Rs3,000, MasterCard World Rs20,000 and MasterCard Business World Rs22,000 per year.

HBL pays its banking charges twice a year, in accordance with its revised fee schedule. Customers will be informed to consult the new timetable and their card category to find out how much they will pay in annual charges from July 2026.
